Bruce G. O'Heir, CPA/ABV, CVA
Bruce has over 35 years of public and private accounting experience. He leverages his experience as a business owner and CPA to assist all clients. Bruce is responsible for providing operational strategy, CFO advisory, business valuation, and tax preparation.
Bruce is a Maryland Certified Public Accountants and has been granted the Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) designation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
Bruce is a 1974 graduate of University of Denver having earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. In 1980, Bruce earned a Master's of Science Degree with a concentration in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He has been awarded a Certificate of Education Achievement in Advanced Business Valuations Issues (1998) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
John B. Barry, JD, CPA/ABV, CVA
John possesses an in-depth knowledge of multi-state tax issues, taxing authority audits and examinations, and complex tax matters. As a lawyer in Maryland, John provides legal advice to clients in business, estate, and tax matters. Employing his diversified experience, he blends tax, legal, and business acumen to assist clients.
A Certified Valuation Analyst designation enhances John’s ability to serve his clients. Additionally, John is credentialed with an additional CPA designation of Accredited in Business Valuation
John obtained his law degree from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of CPAs, Maryland Bar Association, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
